These Terms and Conditions represent a legally binding agreement between “you”, whether personal or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and FastPacks (“we” / “us”) regarding you access and use of FastPacks (https://fastpacks.uk) and any related applications (the “site”).
If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you are prohibited from using the site and related applications and must cease usage immediately.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time, which will be represented by a revised date at the top of this page, effective immediately. It is your responsibility to review and updates these Terms and Conditions, and proceeding to use the site will represent acceptance of such changes.
Age Restrictions
The FastPacks site is intended for users who are a minimum of 18 years of age. You are not authorised to sign up or use the site without parental permission if you are under the age of 18.
Shipping, Refunds, and Returns
Orders to non-residential addresses such as offices or other shared or commercial addresses are the sole responsibility of you (the buyer) if the item(s) is signed for or delivered to a third party. FastPacks is not liable for items delivered or signed for but not received at the requested address.
FastPacks is not responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail including, but not limited to, postal strikes and public/local holidays. FastPacks is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs after Royal Mail has taken possession of it. We cannot offer returns or exchanges on these items.
International Shipments
FastPacks makes no representation in regards to the legal rights of anyone shipping or importing our item(s) to any country. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to authorise shipment(s), and will permit FastPacks to ship to the intended destination on their behalf.
FastPacks is not responsible for any delays due to customs or any additional import and / or customs fees that may be incurred.
Images and Product Descriptions
Information provided by FastPacks is for general informational purposes only. Any information on this site is provided in good faith but we make no representation or warrant of any kind, expressed, or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, completeness, or availability of any information on the site.
Images used on the site are to be used as reference, and FastPacks cannot be held responsible for minor changes.
Payments and Prices
FastPacks reserves the right to withhold an item(s) before payment is received. We cannot dispatch any orders before a payment is made. We accept payments through Viva Wallet.
The price of items displayed is not inclusive of tax. The full purchase price, as well as shipment costs, will be displayed in the checkout. All items are subject to VAT at the United Kingdom's current rate. Additional duties or taxes for orders outside of the UK are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We cannot reserve items, including items added to your cart. Items are first come first serve and may sell out if another customer purchases them before you, including any item(s) in your cart.
FastPacks cannot combine or refund shipping costs if you have placed multiple separate orders, including, but not limited to, forgetting to purchase an item(s).
Cancellation
Within seven working days, UK customers by law hold the right to withdraw from their purchase of an item(s) after the date of delivery.
After this period, and ensuring no errors on our part, we will refund the cost of the item(s). Postage costs are non-refundable and we will not be able to offer any pre-paid labels. Your order will not be eligible for a refund if it has been damaged or mishandled. This decision is final and non-negotiable.
Returns
We accept returns for unwanted items as long as they are in their original condition, undamaged, and returned within 7 working days of recorded delivery. We cannot refund / exchange / issue credit notes for any unwanted items after 7 working days from recorded delivery.
Postage costs are non-refundable and we will not be able to offer any pre-paid labels. It can take up to 3 working days from when we receive your return for us to process the refund, and a further 3-5 working days for it to show in your account.
You bear sole responsibility for the return of the goods until they reach us. A signed for or tracked service is recommended to insure you for the value of the item(s). Returns will not be eligible for a refund if they have been damaged or mishandled. This decision is final and non-negotiable.
Warranty
We do not offer any warranty with any item on the site. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us.
Data Protection

Availability and Liability
Site availability is not guaranteed to be accessible at all times. Maintenance, hardware, or software issues may result in delays, interruptions, or errors. You agree that FastPacks will have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused to your inability to access the site or services during any downtime or closure. We are not required to maintain or support the site or supply corrections, updates, or releases.
Information supplied on the site could contain typographical errors or inaccuracies that relate to the service, including descriptions, pricing, and other information. FastPacks reserves the right to correct errors and/or inaccuracies and change information at any time without notice.
FastPacks are not responsible for, and does not claim liability for;
- Any personal injury/injuries
- Loss, liability, or damage (whether direct, indirect, or consequential)
- Expenses incurred by you or a third party as a result of direct or indirect access and use of the site, information on the site, or transferral of your data in our system
Statutory Rights
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your consumer statutory rights.
