Here at FastPacks, we specialise in Mylar Bags and Medical Grade Airtight Packaging.
Our product range also includes; pre-roll tubes, pop top and squeeze bottles, tamper evident holographic stickers with matching strain labels.
Payments
We have a secure checkout powered by Viva Wallet.
As soon as your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your invoice and order number.
Orders are always dispatched fast! Within 24 hours of being placed (48 Hours for orders placed on Saturday).
Please allow up to 3 working days from the expected arrival date before contacting us about an unreceived order. Any problems with the order once received must be reported within 14 days of recorded arrival.
Please note, we will always take the utmost care in handling your order & will always dispatch using a Tracked or Signed For service.
Your tracking number will become available upon dispatch and can be viewed via the "Order History and Details" section of your account and via the email address you have provided at checkout.
Delivery (UK)
We offer the following delivery options on all orders within the UK:
Guaranteed Next Day By 1pm;
Next Working day. Order must be placed before 1pm to be dispatched same working day
Signed For 1st Class;
1-2 working days
Signed For 2nd Class;
2-4 working days
Orders placed before 11am GMT Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day, after 11am GTM will be dispatched the same or next working day.
Please be advised orders placed with Guaranteed Next Day By 1pm will always be dispatched at the first possible opportunity. However, this is subject to Postal Strikes, Seasonal & Bank Holidays. Please bear this in mind before placing your order.
All order will receive a tracking number from Royal Mail. Once dispatched, you can get updates on your parcel using the tracking number provided.

If you can receive post then there's a good chance we can deliver wherever you are!

Returns Policy
We accept returns for unwanted items as long as they are in their original condition, un-damaged, and returned within 14 days of purchase. All items returned after 14 days of purchase are not eligible for a refund.
Postage costs are non-refundable and we will not be able to offer any pre-paid labels. It can take up to 3 working days from when we receive your return for us to process the refund, and a further 3-5 working days for it to show in your account.
You bear sole responsibility for the return of the goods until they reach us. A signed for or tracked service is recommended to insure you for the value of the item(s). Returns or exchanges will not be eligible for a refund if they have been damaged or mishandled. This decision is final and non-negotiable.
